In an effort to make buying a ticket easier for folks, Spring Season will become available on January 1, 2026, at 7:00 PM. Fall Season will become available on June 1, 2026, at 7:00 PM. The cost of tickets will remain $100.

Folks with the Save-a-Seat Kickstarter reward will have their spot saved (as the name suggests) until 1 month before the event and can purchase tickets as normal on our site until then.

Refund Policy

To remain fiscally and operationally sustainable, we need to implement a new refund policy and want to outline that before tickets go on sale. Starting with our 2026 event tickets, players may request a refund up to 1 month after purchasing their ticket.

For emergent circumstances, we may offer to push a registration to a future event for requests made after 1 month post-purchase. In such cases, we will push the registration 1 time within the same calendar year. Once we hit the 1-month-prior to event period, things really start to get locked in and we will not be able to offer a refund nor a registration push; requests made too close to the event will not be considered.

This allows us to work through the waitlist as equitably as possible and provides time for the writers and staff to prepare for the event. Requests must be submitted in writing via our discord private ticket system or by e-mail to support@ashenfall.com.

Potential Rulebook Updates

We will be carefully reviewing all of the feedback gathered from both events this season to determine if any clarifications or updates are needed regarding rules, mechanics, skills, etc. We will update folks later in the Winter with any outcomes of our review.
