Event Overview
Once the game starts on Friday night, it continues and is “always on” until the end of the event. While we do pause major plots overnight, you are expected to stay in character.
Mystguard Patrols
Each night the Mystguard will begin their patrols to safeguard the roads around Mysthaven. Their patrol indicates that plots have largely wrapped up for the evening and we aren't sending out any more major encounters until the next morning.
Friday
2:00 PM
Arrive On Site
Players and cast may start to arrive on site! If you'd like to help with setup, please stop by the cast center! Staff may be arriving on site earlier to do a walk through for any safety hazards and to do a general inspection.
If you are arriving prior to 2PM, you must wait in the parking lot.
7:00 PM
Player Check In
Player Check In takes place in the Tavern. Please come with your weapons/spell packets so we may safety check them. You are encouraged to be in costume/makeup as we often have photographers for portraits.
If you miss Check In, please stop by the Cast Center and knock on the side door above the stairs.
8:00 PM
Cast Meeting
Our cast are invited to come by the Cast Center for an overview of the rules, cast practices and any event specific updates we may have.
If you miss the meeting, there is another on Saturday morning!
9:00 PM
Player Meeting and Game On
Players should attend the Player Meeting in the Tavern for an overview of the rules, any important announcements and event specific mechanics. Following the meeting will be a reading from the Chronicles of Ashenfall and game on.
Saturday
We have another cast meeting for those that may have missed the Friday meeting. Please check in with the desk by 9:00 AM to attend!
Sunday
Game Off and Closing Meeting happen around 12:00 PM. Following closing meeting, we begin the cleanup process. If you'd like to help with cleanup, please stop by the Tavern following closing meeting!
